  • Where is your cellar door located?

    Due to our liquor licence we are unable to provide a cellar door at present.

    We do hope in the future to open a store to be able to provide tastings of our range of products.

  • Can I pick up my order from the distillery?

    No. Due to liquor licensing laws all orders must be delivered.

  • Do you accept returns and offer refunds?

    Yes, and yes, with exceptions.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

    We offer free delivery to certain parts of Melbourne.

    Please check our Shipping & Delivery page to see if you fall into this area.

    We also offer free delivery on all orders over $120 Australia wide.

  • Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

    Yes. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

  • Will I need to show ID to receive my gin?

    Yes. Due to new liquor licensing laws, the person who orders will have to take possession and show ID for the first order.

    After this has been established, you will not need to show ID on subsequent deliveries to the same person at the same address and you may give instructions for an authority to leave.

  • Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

    Yes. The limit is up to 12 bottles per person per day.
